This walk was organized by the North Shore City Council. All participants gathered at the Narrowneck Beach and walked to Takapuna Beach. There were various geological and archeological talks on the way. Despite the cloudy weather on the day, the turnout of CCET members was very good. Everybody enjoyed the walk and talks about the area's geology. The children were especially busy in finding answers for the activity sheets. Big thanks to our volunteer Pearl Fung and her friend who helped at the booth in distributing the materials and the registration of new members.
