About 80 CCET members joined Island Care NZ Trust for beach cleaning on Rangitoto Island. Not only did we clean up the beach, we also helped in collecting the rubbish data which is helpful to build up a picture of what and how much rubbish was drifting from the city into the harbour and landing on this special island.
